Take a pan put cream,1/4cup sugar,elachi pods warm just until little bubble form around the edges.
Remove the cardamom pod.
Then take a whisking bowl put 3 eggs yolks whisk with some sugar.
Then add the cream a little at a time stirring continuously.
Take a cake tin greased and put cream batter.
Take a baking tray arrange cake tin and add hot water.
Then bake in pre heated oven 180 degree at 30 minutes.
After bake let cool and set in fridge for 2 hours.
After 2 hours garnish sugar and sugar ceramalized in blow torch or hot iron tawa.
Then serve chill.
