Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Heavy whipping cream 1.5 cups


  • Elachi pod 3


  • Sugar 1/4cup


  • Egg yolks 3


  • Sugar 1/8cup for ceramalization

Directions

  • Take a pan put cream,1/4cup sugar,elachi pods warm just until little bubble form around the edges.
  • Remove the cardamom pod.
  • Then take a whisking bowl put 3 eggs yolks whisk with some sugar.
  • Then add the cream a little at a time stirring continuously.
  • Take a cake tin greased and put cream batter.
  • Take a baking tray arrange cake tin and add hot water.
  • Then bake in pre heated oven 180 degree at 30 minutes.
  • After bake let cool and set in fridge for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours garnish sugar and sugar ceramalized in blow torch or hot iron tawa.
  • Then serve chill.
